We have had our taxes done here for decades and wouldn't go anywhere else. These people are highly skilled and Lavern is the BEST!!! They get to know you and you never feel like you are being rushed out the door. I sincerely have full confidence in what they do!!!
They take your info & place on pile of other ppl info. Lose them. They take for ever for complicated taxes. If you need info from IRS they will not stick with it & follow up with you on progress. They yell at if follow up. They will not update phone number or use current number given to call right back. They do not take any responsibility for not getting back to you, updating info, and following up with progress or yelling. I went here for many years and get good results back . There is a sweet old laddie at the front desk somtimes and she new like everything about taxes she sorted some stuff out for me that day ,So nice i was amazed . There a hometown place with good business skills and people that care about you.
This is a true small town business. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help.
