Loved visiting the East Northport location last weekend. Was kindly greeted by the young ladies at the register upon entering the building. The store is organized nicely with indoor and outdoor furniture kept separately. Overall, great store and great customer service. I will be back during the holidays!👍

I like the store, its selection and how all is displayed. However, the customer service is unprofessional and inattentive. No eye contact with customers from 2 employees, no interest in customers, being on their private phone, while customers wait at the sales desk, and when letting them know the customer is ready to purchase, giving attitude as if the employee is annoyed. After all, it is not a 99 cents store, but a pricy place, and it would be nice if the customer service matched the environment.

Inattentive staff. The female associate in blue flannel shirt kept hanging out on her cell phone behind the main desk by the entrance while both of us were trying to get her attention. I d say we were the only customers im the store at the time. One female associate left the desk as soon as we were approaching and the one in the blue plaid shirt kept her head buried in her phone until one of us had to excuse ourselves to tell her that we were ready to make a purchase. "Oh, you're ready? Oookaaay..." she replied apathetically... read more
