Great PA location at my local shopping centre. Staff greet you and don't bother or disturb you while browsing.
Horrible staff on today, young and don’t seem to have any knowledge on good customer service. Super rude and had no clue on what’s in stock and un willing to help. Walked out and ordered online Much nicer experience then going into store. Such a shame been shopping in this store for years and it’s never had a standard this low.

Today I went to exchange PJs that was given to me as a gift , after I exchanged them I asked them if I can come back to change the size they said yes. 5 minutes later we (my husband and I) came back to exchange it as the size was big the lady with black PJ said again?! and was so rude with us when she was exchanging the size she couldn’t even smile. I think a company like peter alexander should employ better people with good communication skills. So rude and unprofessional
