I walked into the shop at 3:45 PM, and as I entered, they closed the door behind me. I was looking for a specific size, and while staff offered to help, when I asked if I could quickly try it on, the lady said, “The manager probably won’t let you.” I left without making a purchase, despite being ready to spend over $200. I understand closing procedures, but if trying on isn’t allowed close to closing time, customers should be informed upon entry.
I was here on Thursday Evening with my Family to return/exchange some of the items that I bought online and didn’t fit quite well. Sophie was so friendly and helpful in suggesting items for exchange. She made us feel welcome and valued as a customer. I have visited this store before too few times and have experienced positive customer service all the time. Thank you Girls for your great customer service. We definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy great quality sleepwear with high quality customer service.
Great variety of pyjamas to choose from. The staff are very friendly too.
I walked in, one staff was helping other customers, I walked up to desk, 2 staff were talking, they stopped and looked at me, I asked if they had silk, they just shook their heads, I said, I can't find silk any where in tsv, with a smile on my face, said thanks and walked out, the 2 staff gave me dirty looks, I know this because my daughter was standing behind me, as I said this and turned, 2 staff thought she was another customer and smiled at her, not going their again,
