Probably the most hideous customer service we endured today. The sales assistant was full of sass, refused to answer questions and made us feel stupid for stopping her to process our purchase. Our 4 year old asked if he did something wrong to deserve that after we had left. Never coming back again Time of purchase around 915 to 945am, today being Thu 16 Oct, spent 15mins in store to pay to get sass.
Erin is an asset to the organisation! She really understands customer experience and it all comes natural to her! Thank you 🙏
