I went to buy pyjamas to mail to my daughter for her birthday a few weeks ago. I had no idea what to get her but a little blonde girl - I can’t remember her name, it was rather distinctive from memory - helped me and spent lots of time showing me many options. Another lady helped me at the cash register and she was also very lovely. My daughter received the pyjamas today and she said she likes them very much. Thank you Peter Alexander Southland for helping me.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Appalling attitude. Should not be working retail. Would not recommend any body to shop at that southland store ever.
I bought a pair of pajamas for my daughter birthday, paid for delivery a week later a completely different set arrives. Not my order, I had to go back in and change it over which took so much messing around. I had to ask 3 times for a refund in my postage. Now during the sale I order a lot of pajamas for present and AGAIN, missing some and the wrong items!! What is wrong with the warehouse staff!!
Such WONDERFUL PRODUCTS…. Such Terrible Southland customer service. As a fellow merchandiser, (completely snubbed the entire time I was in store) I took it upon myself to re-fold and arrange garments whilst the staff (one appeared to be unwell, throwing tissues on the floor) actively continued to ignore me at all costs. If the shop is empty, it’s not hard to politely greet, smile, wave, offer an acknowledgement or projecting a willingness to assist and make customers feel welcome. I Might go back to online shopping.
