The staff in this store need more training. I went in there to return an online order that was purchased with Afterpay, I’d been told at a different store previously that items purchased with Afterpay cannot be refunded in store but I could get a gift card for the amount being returned. The girls at the counter didn’t know what to do and I told them that was the advice from another store (it’s also on the Peter Alexander website) but because they didn’t know what to do and couldn’t get ahold of their manager, they suggested ... read more

Walked into the store this morning and there were four staff members standing around — not one of them acknowledged me. No smile, no hello, nothing. I walked around the store feeling completely unwelcome, as if I was being watched. Every time I came near, they’d suddenly go quiet and start whispering to each other.
