The staff was very rude, even when I asked a simple question. It made the whole experience unpleasant.
I’m a longtime customer of Peter Alexander and whilst the service is often good today’s service was exceptional! Amy immediately asked if I needed any help, proceeded to be very patient and accommodating with me as I made decisions and did it all with a big smile on her face. I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely be back.
Lovely staff and such nice products
Walked in about 12.30 today to buy 3 pair of kids pj's. The assistant preferred to talk to her mother, waited 10minutes and walked out. Like to shop at stores, but this was just plain rude, we weren't even aknowledged. Will buy online, can't complain about the service.
Went into the store to look for a gift and instantly felt judged as soon as I walked in by a short brunette lady. She offered no help whilst all the other workers were busy. Needs better management.
