Exceptional service Robina store
Typically a nice experience but the lady working in store on my recent visit was incredibly rude. She seemed like she might be the manager or something higher up, but the way she spoke to me was so condescending… I asked a question about the sizing of the candle I was smelling and she scoffed at me, then after I had paid and was waiting as my items were being gift wrapped, she stood in front of me and asked why I was just standing there like I was some sort of criminal.
