Very disappointing shopping experience. The Peter Alexander store at Parramatta Westfield was extremely hot with no air conditioning running. Because of the heat, the store smelled unpleasant and it made browsing very uncomfortable. In the middle of summer, this is unacceptable and honestly makes it hard to want to shop there at all. Management really needs to address this urgently, especially during such hot weather.
