This morning - Went to the register to pay, 3 staff and one customer. The customer in front of me was exchanging an item and the process was taking long, I am standing hoping the other two staff would help, but they were just chatting, I assumed its work related and they can’t pause and serve me. The phone rings the staff picks up the call and helps the customer on the phone, I’m still waiting. Dear Peter Alexander Preston and relevant managing staff, I visited the beautiful shop of yours in Preston early September of this year and purchased a birthday gift for my Grandchild who was turning 17 years of age. I was greeted by a warm smile by the woman at the door.
