I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Peter Alexander, North Lakes. I was trying to find a matching set for a family member and couldn’t find it anywhere, not even online. Elyse, the store manager, went above and beyond! The Christmas period is extremely busy, yet I never felt rushed or brushed off. She made calls to other stores, took my details and said she would call me when she found a set in the size I was after. All the girls were super helpful, lovely and polite, even when the store was packed because of Black Friday sales. And were more than happy to assist me with an issue with my gift card. Thanks for going above and beyond, even when it was busy!
Came into the store with my partner around 10 minutes to closing to walk into 3 staff members having a full blown argument in the centre of the store, we left immediately
