I came in today with my nan. She has dementia and alzeimers so we are unfortunately used to people being rude and impatient with her however their team member Jo was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful, going back and forwards constantly and helping find something perfect for my nan. Will definitely be coming back when we need pjs in the future!
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Peter Alexander, North Lakes. I was trying to find a matching set for a family member and couldn’t find it anywhere, not even online. Elyse, the store manager, went above and beyond! The Christmas period is extremely busy, yet I never felt rushed or brushed off. All the girls were super helpful, lovely and polite, even when the store was packed because of Black Friday sales. And were more than happy to assist me with an issue with my gift card. Thanks for going above and beyond, even when it was busy!
