great stock, sale was fantastic.
Exceptional customer service by the whole team. I phoned yesterday afternoon to enquire about a pair of pajamas for my daughter’s birthday. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was just so friendly and positive even though it was close to the end of the day. We then arrived in store to purchase right before closing time and the staff were just so accommodating and lovely. We were served by a gentleman who was just the sweetest. Thanks so much guys, you made my daughter’s day.

I purchased a gift of lounge wear from the hastings street store and both the shorts and tee both had the security tags left on. Quite embarrassing when you gift something and now they have to take it back to remove the big plastic security tags when i paid for gift box and wrapping extra. Not happy.
Walked into store for pyjamas for my granddaughter. The two shop assistants were in casual conversation with other. Did not look my way at any time. Other customers came and went. No break in conversation. I left after 10 mins. Need to have upgrade in customer service 😞😞
