Great experience! Had very attentive and helpful service from Inga. Came in looking for a gift and Inga assisted us with finding the right PJs and slippers. It was lovely that our selections were gift wrapped and put into pretty gift boxes too! It was nice to have a small chat during the wrapping process, and the other team member, Jazzie, was bubbly and friendly at the checkout as well. They had 20% deals across the store, which was nice.
Walked into the store and was not greeted or acknowledged at all due to the shop assistants having a chat. I was trying to get some attention to double check some pricing and still no response. I finally approached them to double check and they spoke to me as if they were annoyed I interrupted them gossiping to ask a question. The store manager here should win a bravery award! Seriously the way she and her staff handle pressure, particularly at holiday times is remarkable. It is a small but very busy store and EVERY customer is treated with kindness, respect, patience and excellent customer service. How they manage this with 50 customers in the store at one time is beyond me but they pull it off. Area manager take note, they need a bonus or cake or pizza and wine.
Staff at the Noosa PA are absolutely amazing. The girls are always so friendly and helpful. They are Always happy to go out the back to try to find your size. It is a really busy store in Hastings St and the girls are always smiling and bubbly. Keep up the great work girls!!!!!
