I had an awful experience at the Peter Alexander Midland store and felt really let down by the customer service. was shopping in another store today when the PA team came in. they were extremely rude to the worker there and acted as if they knew everything about the shop. was very disappointing to see how other stores treat eachother. will not be shopping here
Sarah and the team were absolutely lovely and so helpful with helping me find what I needed. Very grateful, and probably one of the best serviced PA’s there are! Thank you :)
Amazing staff!! Literally the only Peter Alexander that helped me get my dream pjs just in time for my bday next week ❤️ I came from wellard and I’d be more than happy to travel to Midland PA just for the awesome customer service!
