I had an awful experience at the Peter Alexander Midland store and felt really let down by the customer service. Amelie and Lorena were both extremely unprofessional and made the shopping experience uncomfortable from the start. Instead of being helpful, their attitude came across as dismissive and uninterested, and at times their behaviour was simply not appropriate for a workplace. was shopping in another store today when the PA team came in. they were extremely rude to the worker there and acted as if they knew everything about the shop. was very disappointing to see how other stores treat eachother. will not be shopping here
