Edit 18/9/26 Have definitely stepped up quite a bit. Not overly friendly (but not rude) when I first went in there but there must have been a shift change because when I got back from dropping mum at her gate I received amazing service. I’m glad I gave this store another go. I wasn’t going to. —— “Customer Service” extremely average. I didn’t make a purchase purely because of the way I was spoken to.
I was at the Peter Alexander Melbourne Airport T4 shop and had the best customer service from Nathan Grima. He is by far the best customer service person I have come across. Keep up the great work Nathan.
Rude retail assistant worked who on Monday 13 July at 4pm, Heidi. Treated my 10 and 12 year old with disrespect, as she couldn't work their gift card. People like this should not have a job in retail. PA this is affecting your sales as we will never purchase from PA again.
