I bought 4 princess pijama , they supposed to be come with the box. But one of the worker who attend me,Lucy. She said they already throw the box because the pijama on sale. Why in the city still have the box even they on sale. I am so dissapointed because my nieces want the box because is princess box.

I had a very good experience on Friday 19 September 2025. I asked if my gift card balance could be checked and the person serving me went out of her way to ring head office as it appeared still had over $70. After a discussion, I was offered a week to spend the remaining balance that had actually expired in August 2025. Thank you to the sales assistant and head office personnel for providing excellent customer service. It’s a rare find these days.

A regular shopper at all PA stores and Melbourne airport is the only one who havnt don’t any wrapping or offered a new set in a bag - instead just thrown my $130 worth of items which were a gift in the bag. Pretty disappointing

I went to the shop on Saturday morning , 7th of June 2025. I purchased a set of pyjamas and the PA was serving me were not had a bad attitude. i bought a set of pyjamas when she was rude and forgot to removed the metal tag at the cash register bank area. she did things like roughly give the items to me. she was a rudie, tall, dark hair efficient, had long hair and small built. A bit ennoyed because I have to back to the store to remove the metal tag.

“Customer Service” extremely average. I didn’t make a purchase purely because of the way I was spoken to.
