I had such a lovely experience shopping at Peter Alexander, thanks to the manager Kelly. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Kelly went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her store and her team. Customer service like this is why I’ll keep coming back — thank you, Kelly!
Went in to try on 2 nighties which had been organised to be held for me by Natalie at Kawana. I didn't get the name of the young lady who served me but she was lovely, very helpful and patient, despite the store being really busy! Thank you!
This store is very well kept, the staff are always nice and helpful (not sure why people are leaving bad reviews as ive NEVER had a bad experience here and shopped here for years). Melissa was the staff member who helped my sister and I today, she was an absolute sweetheart and really made my whole day 💗 . Thank you so much Peter Alexander Sunshine Plaza ! We will be back again and again !! A++++! 10s, 10s across the board !!!
