This afternoon between 1pm-1:30pm my husband & I attended PA, Sunshine Plaza. 1-2minutes after arriving in stall, a young lady (Lily), approached us to ask if we needed any assistance in any way. Her approach & tone of her voice was welcoming. Lily helped with a pair of men's shorts initially. Her attention to detail & help was amazing. We continued shopping. We were in the stall for a while. Came in this afternoon to do an exchange for sizing, I had not considered it was a public holiday and they closed early, however they still let me come in and do the exchange even though they had tried to close 1.5 hours before, I could see another lady in there still browsing as well and they were allowing her to take her time. Came in this morning, looking for for a Mother’s Day gift. I didn’t catch her name but a lovely worker with a curly updo helped me find the right size and provided a standard of customer service that exceeds all my recent interactions.
Went to the store to purchase a gift and was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service provided by Emily. Great experience, great product knowledge and guidance. Will definitely return again.
