I’m not normally one to complain but customer service should always be a given. I wasn’t assisted once in my walk through the store and truthfully I would have purchased more but felt it was inconvenient to ask for sizing. The manager was literally gossiping about another employee not being motivated enough to two other team members. When I finally went to the checkout she was stopped my service to talk to another staff member about what she wanted the trainee doing. The first time I walked into this store, I didn’t have the best customer service experience but I put that aside and gave it another go. Today Riley the retail assistant who approached me today gave me the best experience at Peter Alexander Marion. Thankyou lovely for your time and kindness.
Today I went into this store with my client (I’m a support worker) and the retail assistant deserves 10 🌟 for her friendliness and helpfulness. I’m the type of person who shops online for most things. If there were more retail assistants like this woman, I would definitely shop in store.
Fantastic service! I called last night after a certain size and style and Leonies customer service was above and beyond. I could tell they were busy, she found what I was after and put on hold for me. I went in this morning, store was busy and got served straight away with a smile. (I think he name was Ruby) Left with my super soft and cute PJ's
Products are great! Check garments before leaving the store. Brought dressing gowns for Easter gifts and when they unwrapped they still had security tags. Went out of my way to take back and have removed. No compensation. Just sorry, human error does occur! Wow. Spent $600 in store… might be enough to make me think again…
