Both customer service and stor e presentation was woeful. We were totally ignored by the 2 staff members who were doing stock work at the prime retail time of 12.37pm
I’m sure the store is a huge money-maker given the location which probably means management turn a blind eye to inconsequential things such as presentation and customer service, but this is certainly the sloppiest run Peter Alexander store I have ever shopped in - and I’ve been shopping with them since the first physical store opened in Melbourne Central. The seller of this branch did not have good manners, especially the seller with brown hair was very rude because when my daughter asked her to unlock the pajamas and I asked her to do the same for me please? She angrily said that one notice is enough!! ! And it was very embarrassing.😔😞
4 behind the counter and not a single hello to any of the people in store
Amazing store ! With friendly staff members. And really warm-hearted to help me swap the product with more fitted size
