I find the staff are always very proactive with asking you if you need help when you walk in and are always so sweet!
It is with great regret that I write this review, having had the distressing experience of witnessing the deeply toxic work environment fostered at the Peter Alexander store in Macquarie Centre, particularly under the management of Beth. Quality may be going downhill but overall still a nice selection of clothes. Customer service on Friday afternoon is horrible though. Staff's body language and glares scream that you are an inconvenience. Was genuinely shocked by the side eyes and rough way of handling items over the checkout counter. Basically snatching stuff from you? Wth
