Great stock levels and size store. Me and my kids couldn’t believe the attitude and rudeness of one particular staff member. Was very angry when he/she heard a young girl squeal (in a happy voice) and instructed the father to leave as it wasn’t a play area. We continued to shop but felt uneasy and scared to ask any questions about sizes/stock. We went to the counter to pay for 5 items, and were initially happily greeted by him/her again. I bought some pyjamas in a sale a few weeks ago. The pyjamas left fluff balls everywhere. All over my carpet, sheets, washing, hair... I tried washing them to see if they’d settle but it made things worse. I wrote to head office to ask for a refund but they never wrote back. Worst fabric and worst service. So bad. Never again.
