Today I had the best customer experience returning my item. It was done through afterpay and Jess made the process so easy. Someone with high anxiety she made me feel at ease, comfortable and great support. This is what all customers should feel at any business. I will definitely be returning to this store. 😀
Oh my stars everyone needs a pair of Peter Alexander pyjamas. They are the best, they are super comfortable and for the first time ever I would be happy to live in my new pyjamas. Shame I have to go to work to buy my next pair. 😉totally addicted 💙
I had a really unpleasant experience at the Loganholme store. The staff were overbearing and constantly hovered over me, making it impossible to browse without feeling pressured. I was simply looking to purchase seven adult sets of pajamas and two children's sets, but the constant attention made me feel like I was being interrogated or treated like a thief.
