If I could I would have given zero stars. Took my wife to PA at Kotara yesterday. Four staff standing around talking, no greeting, no help finding sizes, zero service. My wife went to the fitting room only to find a box of stock in there which I moved out onto the shop floor. The fitting room was really dirty, clumps of dust all over the floor. Minutes ago I ordered a thousand dollars worth of products from Peter Alexander. My iPad somehow put my previous address in to the delivery address and I didn’t notice it u til I received the confirmation email 30 seconds later, Immediately I emailed asking to correct this error and you would not believe the convoluted rigmarole. FIRSTLY, THEY DO NOTHING EXCEP SAY TOO BAD. I have to try to redirect it through Australia Post,IF THEY WILL LET ME…they say, so no assurance there and if they won’t too bad. I did last minute shopping just 5 minutes before closing and the staff of this branch is the best esp ERIC. His patience and customer service are next level.
I received the best customer service over the phone from Maddi today. Although they didn’t have what I needed in stock, she went above and beyond to compare items and sizing for me so that I could purchase it from another PeterA store. Maddi is an asset to your store and business.
