I stopped by the store last weekend to check out the new Christmas pyjamas — which, as always, looked absolutely adorable! You really do a great job with them every year. The staff on the floor were also lovely and very helpful when I asked about sizing and different styles. However, I have to say, the experience quickly went downhill when I tried to use the fitting rooms. Just went in and mum and I were served by a lovely girl, receipt says tendered by Alex. Gave us amazing customer service which is very rare these days. So lovely, helpful and knowledgeable about the yummy scent when you walk in. Convinced us to buy!
