This store is always packed with people looking for a bargain and you will find plenty of bargains. All staff at this store are amazing and helpful considering the amount of customers they have to deal with. My go to staff member is Julie because she knows what I need even when I don't.

Excellent experience and great customer service. The girl who served me was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The store is quite messy but understandable due to the number of inconsiderate customers just dumping things anywhere after fossicking through.
Boxing day sales were crazy, but I would love to thank the older red headed lady who helped me find my size of tea pajamas and then another one for my friend plus a size of llama pajamas for my other friend when I asked her again. Thank you for making our shopping experience easier through the craziness!
Terrible service and disgusting behaviour from one staff member. Older lady, blonde hair by the name apparently of “NAT” rude, nasty and sarcastic all because I could not find my peters dreamers card. Then proceeded to over charge me for items that I picked up on after I walked out of the store. I’ve never been treated so terrible before by a staff member in a store that I spend so much money in!
