I went into the store this afternoon looking for slippers I saw online. Wanting to try them on in stores I spent 5 minutes trying to find my size and the two staff members behind the counter continued to talk about their social life instead of greeting me and asking me if I needed any help. Most incredible customer experience at Geelong, purchased beautiful PJ’s for my family. Lucy, you went above and beyond to help me with colour, size & design. Hello Peter Alexander Team, I recently purchased this pyjama from your store and was really excited about it because I love the design and the comfort. I visited the PA Geelong store and was warmly greeted by many friendly staff members. However, I did have an uncomfortable experience when I asked a staff member who was sorting stock about the location of an item. They gave me a really unpleasant look and seemed rude when interacting with another staff member, who I assume was a manager. While this interaction wasn't ideal, the rest of the team made my visit much more enjoyable and helped offset the negative experience.
