Hello Peter Alexander Team, I recently purchased this pyjama from your store and was really excited about it because I love the design and the comfort. I visited the PA Geelong store and was warmly greeted by many friendly staff members. However, I did have an uncomfortable experience when I asked a staff member who was sorting stock about the location of an item. They gave me a really unpleasant look and seemed rude when interacting with another staff member, who I assume was a manager. While this interaction wasn't ideal, the rest of the team made my visit much more enjoyable and helped offset the negative experience.
I'll never buy any of this their clothing again, over priced and never got more than 12mths out of it.
The staff at Peter Alexander geelong are absolutely amazing, so friendly and accommodating. I take clients in there to shop and browse and they are always helpful friendly and love a chat. I also buy various things for my wife and daughter and it's just a pleasure to go in there. Also check out their range of candles, my office always smells amazing thanks to them.
