I had such a lovely experience shopping at Peter Alexander in Westfield Geelong yesterday. Claudia served me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She, along with the rest of the team, were so polite, friendly, genuine, and welcoming. The staff helped me in the change room to find the correct size PJ’s and reassured me about my purchase, which made me feel comfortable and confident in what I was buying. I went into the store this afternoon looking for slippers I saw online. Wanting to try them on in stores I spent 5 minutes trying to find my size and the two staff members behind the counter continued to talk about their social life instead of greeting me and asking me if I needed any help. Most incredible customer experience at Geelong, purchased beautiful PJ’s for my family. Lucy, you went above and beyond to help me with colour, size & design.
