Went to shop today, staff did not even welcome us at all. The tall old lady and there is one short Asian lady wearing eyeglasses was just chatting next to door didn’t even greet us. We heard them talking about other staff saying stupid they are. We asked if they have stock available and they said sold out, but we found it ourselves just around the corner, and they say oohhh we thought we sold that already. Customer services is a NO NO!!

Kelly and Tam always give the best service! Always friendly and bubbly and can sell snow to an eskimo 😅 sends me broke it but it’s worth it!! Lovely store always!
