I went in today with a short time in hand to buy some items. I was helped by the lovely lady ‘VAL’ and she was patient , helpful and very considerate as well .
Went to DFO yesterday. Experienced worst customer service. Lady with blonde/ grey hair and glasses was extremely rude and had very poor attitude. Ended up walking out and putting stuff back because of the poor customer service.

I feel like I was targeted here for “stealing” but I was just doing my normal shopping and I was just wearing my hijab and a black hoodie 😭 I just keep getting looks from the workers but I ended up buying what I want but I’ll just shop online next time 😕
