Had a really bad experience here today. I had spoken with Mikayla who I had asked if they had a bigger size in a certain pair of slippers for my daughter and she said no it’s just what’s there, in which I proceeded to look around the store and found some more (unfortunately not in my daughter size) so I called up another store to ask if they had them and they had said Essendon dfo are showing 6 in stock. I came in store and I was unsure what to buy for my niece’s birthday & it had been a long day so I was a bit overwhelmed but there was a worker there named Mark who seen I wasn’t sure and straight away came over and made me feel so welcome, he helped me with styles and sizing. He was so friendly, genuine and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Peter Alexander Essendon is one of the best PA stores I’ve been to. And it’s all because of an amazing sales associate Mikayla. Her bubbly energy is the first thing I noticed and she was so helpful. She helped me navigate exactly what I wanted and recommended some pretty cool products. She knows the product in and out, she lives & breathes pjs. Great work Mikayla!
