I came in to buy some pyjamas for my friend, however I was shocked at the behaviour of the manager in the store. The older lady with her hair in a bun. She was extremely rude, yelling at staff members and noticeably making the store feel uncomfortable. How on earth can you go past PA's . I was chasing down a particular bed shirt and the wonderful Alannah at Westfield Shoppingtown in Doncaster checked the system and found 3 shirts in stock at PA's Essendon DFO . Alannah then rang Emma at Essendon DFO and told I would call her in the morning as I had the serial number of the shirt I wanted as I had brought one at PA's at Uni Hill DFO but it was way to big and I wanted to swap it over. I was ready to buy some gifts but unfortunately had to leave the items and leave the store because I felt really uncomfortable being there , at that stage it wasn’t even about bad customer service no one even acknowledged me but no problem, it was how the manager lady was talking aggressively to her younger staff members I was honestly so shocked felt so sorry for them , tasks can always be completed in a nicely manner. Closed at 6:00 on a Sunday when they were meant to be open extended hours till 8:00pm only came here to do an exchange. They opened the door didn’t even hear me out that it would be quick because I can’t go to any other store as it’s outlet stock. She just said they closed because of no staff and just shut the door on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional
