All the staff there are very helpful and polite. They are very motivated, things are always in order and easy to navigate, not chaotic like in Kmart next door. Best to train staff not to ask customers what they are looking for, as it makes customers feel uneasy when they just want to browse around and don't necessarily know what they want. I absolutely loved my experience. I work in retail, and i understand how hectic it can be around Christmas time and this lovely young girl called nahla I believe, served me and my mum. She was so calm considering how busy it was, and my mother couldn’t stop talking about how well all the workers remained calm and polite despite the Christmas holidays!
I had a very disappointing experience due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the sales associate named Elleni. When I went to exchange a pj pant which was purchased 2 days ago for a different size, she immediately assumed—without asking me—that the item had been worn. Instead of asking customers first, she sniffed the item in front of me and even called another staff member to do the same, making me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of other customers. Product quality is poor , the price is ridiculous for the quality , We have purchased many matching pjs, especially the satin sets , all ruined in the first wash or wear!
