Poor Local shipping times -over 2 weeks. Lack of interest from email follow ups with customer service enquires, didn’t answer my request to cancel order Won’t purchase again after this experience
Bad workers I saw someone crouching down and they were playing games on there phone thinking that they couldn’t be spotted.
Waited to be served by the lady who was aimlessly looking through a stack of papers which appeared to be more important than my 4 sets of PJ's that I was wanting to purchase. Waited longer for the next assistant to serve me who just proceeded serve another lady who just walked up to the other side of the counter. Atmosphere was a mess. Service non existent. I won't be shopping at this PA again.
Most staff are friendly
Went in there for a silk pj set, stood at the counter and was not acknowledged at all by two ladies, one with coloured hair I believe. Folding pyjamas and totally ignored me. Went to the lady that was serving on the other counter, no warm hello, just “what do you want”. Awful awful awful. I asked for sizing help, she said she can’t help. I am definitely on the system, I have two emails and when I processed the payment she goes, you weren’t on the system, but added you now.
