I purchased a pair of pants yesterday, but the staff forgot to remove the security tag after I paid. I only realised after I got home and had already washed the item. Now I have to make another trip to the store just to have it removed. This is a very basic step that should never be missed, and it has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time. I hope the staff will be more careful in the future.
No one says hi to me when I go into the store. I'm so disappointed, so I'm going to another store to get the PJ.
