What a wonderful shopping experience at this Store, all the girls looking fabulous and ready to help. Even with the sale on and extremely busy the service was 100% and even gift wrapped my Parcel… keep up the great work girls🌸
The cashier with bangs, pony tail and thick winged eyeliner was extremely rude. She didn't even look at me or the item I was holding when I asked about the size, she just straight-up said no. I understand the sale might be overwhelming, but at least show some respect. But shoutout to the girl at the back who went out of her way to check if my item's size was in stock, even without me asking.
Buy matching items, 1 of the 4 has security tags left on it which we discover when looking to wear them following week. Return to store again when they were opened to be told “That’s unfortunate” and nothing else. Spending a not insignificant amount of money and getting this customer level of customer service is quite frankly, embarrassing - like the rest of the reviews here mention that running theme.
