All the girls at this store should be highly commended on the exceptional customer service they give. Very helpful and polite. Very impressed with there sales skills.. definitely worth the hour drive so will visit again ☺️
I usually really enjoy shopping at Peter Alexander and have always had positive experiences in the past, which is why this incident was so upsetting. I visited the Charlestown store on Boxing Day during an extremely busy period and was very patient and understanding with staff. Exceptional customer service from Cheyenne over the phone this afternoon! She went above and beyond to compare sizing and items for me. I then went into store this evening and purchased 3 pairs of pyjamas thanks to the fantastic service from both Cheyenne and Sam! You can tell that both ladies love their job and genuinely love helping customers! Both assets to your brand!
