I stopped by to buy some clothes for my dog, and all the lovely girls working there were so sweet and helpful. They really went above and beyond for both me and my dog. We absolutely love this store and will definitely be back! 🐶💕

Lovely staffs, very friendly service
Went in store at south yarra today on a very cold day. Made some purchases and would have made more but it was so cold in the shop, I was shivering and didn’t want to get my gear off to try things on. Not at all conducive to customer service and I pity the lovely shop assistants who work there all day . Perhaps you could at least put them in one of the warm dressing gowns and flannel pj’s.
