Good products and prices but would like to especially call out Avalon. What a superstar. Helpful, charming and patient. The epitome of customer service, and was an absolute pleasure for my wife and I to interact with.
The young staff here at the checkout were friendly and got along with each other which made the mood light, even though one of them kept making typos while signing me up. It was an enjoyable experience. If you need to transfer funds across accounts, it's good to do it beforehand as reception is bad in there. I was able to get data reception out the front if the store but not inside. The range is good. Not everything is my style but I think there's something for everyone. Prices here are reasonable.
The day before mother's Day and most of the team are standing around talking to each other about their weekend, their other jobs and their university studies. I overheard another customer talking to her husband about the offensive things she overheard the team saying to one another. The conversation was so loud and obnoxious I had to walk to the other side of the store which meant I couldn't look at the things that I wanted to look at. Horrible atmosphere for customers. The staff seem miserable and bored and the manager has a bad attitude toward customers and his employees. Seriously unimpressed.
We went to the store to get some PJ’s today. We purchased for over $300 in total from the store just to get yelled by staff named ‘May’. Other staffs were very nice except for May. She might need some training on how to provide better customer service and to communicate with customers politely. Her facial expressions towards us were even worse.
