Horrible atmosphere for customers. The staff seem miserable and bored and the manager has a bad attitude toward customers and his employees. Seriously unimpressed.
We went to the store to get some PJ’s today. We purchased for over $300 in total from the store just to get yelled by staff named ‘May’. Other staffs were very nice except for May. She might need some training on how to provide better customer service and to communicate with customers politely. Her facial expressions towards us were even worse. I came into Peter Alexander today and the darker skinned gentleman was on his phone in a very busy cue of customer not acknowledging a single person, I took my business elsewhere - I hope he gets spoken to by his manager!!
Great customer service from the girls. They went above and beyond to help.
Hayley was very helpful and her initiatives to help at her best in choosing the right look for my sleepwear has brighten my day
