Recently my mum came into this branch after a while, she’s been a bit of a regular over the years buying gifts for her sister overseas who has been battling cancer. One of the staff remembered her and asked about her sister, and mum let her know that my aunt had actually passed. I had such a disappointing experience at the Peter Alexander store in Camberwell. While one of the staff members was lovely and welcoming, another staff member was extremely rude and accusatory. I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at the Peter Alexander store in Camberwell. During my visit, I was treated with a level of suspicion and discourtesy that was both unprofessional and deeply unsettling.
