I’m at a loss to put forward how badly I felt after calling into PA Burnside to pick up 2 items on hold this week The women who claims to be a manager is extremely aggressive & angry & doesn’t seem to understand good customer service & professionalism! I will endeavour not to bother giving this business my patronage & shop elsewhere in future Such a shame as the young staffers there are really lovely & helpful
Visited Peter Alexander at burnside village with my children and had immediate anxiety while we were checking out at the counter. The woman that was cashing us out came across unfriendly and her tone was aggressive. That my 11 year old was worried as to why the lady spoke to us in that manner. We won't be shopping there again. We will stick to the city store, better customer service. If we see her there, we won't be shopping there either. :(
Staff were exceptionally rude and unhelpful. No effort in any level of customer service. Easier to just walk out and go elsewhere.
This store is an absolute disgrace to the Peter Alexander name. The manager there is so so awful and rude! Upon walking in the store as a size 14-16, grabbing a few items, I had the store manager come up to me out of nowhere advising me that the item I was holding "barely fit her so I should check my sizing."
