All staff were so kind. I visited here three times. There are so many kinds of pajamas. I especially love the timtam short pants. Sadly, I can't buy the long ones because the length are sooooo long for me. Hopefully they offer wider range of lengths in the future. Also, it's a bit disappointing that some items are made from a soft material while others aren't.
Bought a sleeping eye mask for my partner. I thought it was massively over priced when I paid for it - they’d get them from China for about 2 bucks and sell them for around 60. But aside from that, it was too tight for my partner so I went to swap for a smaller size. They don’t have smaller sizes and they won’t refund without a receipt even though it’s unused and still in its box. Always thought this mob was a dressed up rip off.
Liz was incredibly helpful during our shopping experience. We originally came in just looking for pajamas, but she took the time to show us so many beautiful clothing options. Every item she recommended suited us perfectly and matched our style. Thanks to her great taste and friendly service, we ended up finding several outfits that we absolutely loved. Liz was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. We really appreciate her help and would definitely shop here again!
Why is the staff so rude! It was the promotion and I asked when is the promo ending? WE DONT KNOW! And very rude tone. Also I asked to gift wrap the pijamas and because it was a promo they couldn’t do it telling me “NO because it’s promotion” in a rude and sarcastic tone. Why? Because it’s promotion doesn’t mean it cannot be for a gift? And it was just a tissue paper to be wrapped.
I am a little bit suprised about some of the low* ratings I see here. My experience was the opposite, both staff members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Super cute and soft pyjamas and lots of choices. Brought two back to San Francisco for my daugther.
