The staff were incredibly friendly! (especially the kind female staff working on Friday, October 3rd). All the products were so cute and pretty. The prices were a bit expensive though ㅜ
I had a really disappointing experience at the Peter Alexander store in Brisbane City (Queen Street). On two separate occasions, I encountered staff who were surprisingly dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked whether a specific item was on sale, the staff member simply replied with “I don’t know,” in a tone that felt rude and uninterested. Terrible customer service, and employees were suspicious of me as soon as I entered the store. Assumed I couldn’t afford anything and began telling me how much the glass house candles cost before even greeting me. All Peter Alexander’s seem to be getting worse. I’ve had a poor experience at this Brisbane city location and at garden city.
