My grandaughter and I visited Bondi Junction from Adelaide after a few hours I became unwell and lost couldn't find our way back to the bus station after asking various people for help and getting know were we went into peter Alexander for help . The girls were amazing . Especially Charlotte who helped us and made sure we got to the bus . Thankyou both so much for your help x
Hira has phenomenal customer service and went above and beyond in my interaction with her.
Incredibly rude staff - couldn’t even say thank you when I was purchasing an item, no eye contact and couldn’t help make room for my pram (you cannot access the cash register to pay if you have a pram, it won’t fit)
Rude staff and no service, the attitude of the staff are more like customer than staff .
