In general, they have a variety of items, but there are no exclusive prices or worthwhile discounts. Basically, the only cheap thing I saw was some shorts in sizes XL to XXL. There wasn't much else on sale; everything else was the same price as the original stores. And, well, zero customer service. I was there for 20 minutes, and one employee was folding clothes while another was at the register, and nobody came to ask me anything or help me at all.
Visited this store while shopping at Homebush and found a pair of shorts we liked, however our size wasn’t available. We were told by a team member at the Homebush store that Birkenhead Point had stock, so we headed over straight after. When we arrived at Birkenhead Point, we couldn’t find the shorts on the floor and asked a team member for help. Not sure why they have a phone line if they never answer it. Glad they lost my sale with their crappy customer service. Peter Alexander teach your staff how to answer the phone other wise don’t have one at all.
Prices were the same as another PA store I went to same day. Very few clearance items - only odd sizes marked down. Charged a reasonable amount then staff realised they had missed an item and charged me even more. Busy and not well laid out.
Mona is awesome, very helpful goes out of her way to help customers. Very caring person and 10/10 customer service. Mona you should be proud.
