It's all about the timing
I went to my favorite Peter shop last Sunday and had the best experience. Everybody were nice and one of the managers in the store called Honey (hope spelled it right) showed me lots of other fitting options and she even went off to the storage to get me right sizes couple of times! I am writing this review to share my immense gratitude for the incredible team at the Birkenhead Point branch, specifically Carmela and Hanieh. After a very stressful and upsetting experience at the Homebush outlet where I was overcharged and treated poorly by management, I called the Birkenhead Point store in hopes of a resolution. In general, they have a variety of items, but there are no exclusive prices or worthwhile discounts. Basically, the only cheap thing I saw was some shorts in sizes XL to XXL. There wasn't much else on sale; everything else was the same price as the original stores. And, well, zero customer service. I was there for 20 minutes, and one employee was folding clothes while another was at the register, and nobody came to ask me anything or help me at all.
Visited this store while shopping at Homebush and found a pair of shorts we liked, however our size wasn’t available. We were told by a team member at the Homebush store that Birkenhead Point had stock, so we headed over straight after. When we arrived at Birkenhead Point, we couldn’t find the shorts on the floor and asked a team member for help.
