Not sure why they have a phone line if they never answer it. Glad they lost my sale with their crappy customer service. Peter Alexander teach your staff how to answer the phone other wise don’t have one at all.
Prices were the same as another PA store I went to same day. Very few clearance items - only odd sizes marked down. Charged a reasonable amount then staff realised they had missed an item and charged me even more. Busy and not well laid out.
Mona is awesome, very helpful goes out of her way to help customers. Very caring person and 10/10 customer service. Mona you should be proud.
What I bought years ago still intact !! What I bought recently has been torn and damaged !! Quality now is absolutely rubbish and extremely overpriced !! I have a massive collection of Peter Alexander !! It’s the only sleep wear brand I use !!! Completely devastating .. what a shame 😏
very confusing labelling for prices. like, the bucket says from 9$. but then all the items inside are prices at 15$.
