I went in on my birthday to buy myself something nice, I have been to this store many times before and had good experiences. I like to shop without assistance and have had no issues with this in the past. Today I was asked 4 times in 7 minutes if I needed help, I politely said no each time and by the 4th I let them know it was getting a bit much. I then started catching judging looks from the staff as I browsed. My shopping experience was completely ruined and left feeling anxious and upset
The staff were amazing and quite frankly the most beautiful, kind and lovely staff. Especially Anneke 🥰
