Today I exchanged a pair of PJ pants I purchased on-line. The service was fantastic. I wish I had noted the Customer Service lady's name as she was so helpful looking for my new size. Service was so good I purchased a top to go with the pj pants and will be back for more night attire soon. Thank you Harbor Town Peter Alexander customer service!

Successful close to one of the worse retail experiences ever. 5 Staff were Successfully standing behind the counter ignoring clients. 3 hours before closing. Massively dissatisfied. Was shopping with my dad to get him some PJ'S. HE WALKED OUT. Wanted to get some for my sick cousin in hospital with cancer, some for my pregnant daughter, and my daughter-in-laws bridal party. Extremely upset. Will NEVER go back got essentials and left
