Very rude service this morning. If your wearing PJs maybe don't look down at what others are wearing. Plus offer a bag instead of just 'here' 2 tops plus a receipt as though it's time to get rid of you. What is wrong with you?

I had a wonderful experience at the Peter Alexander shop in Harbour Town a few weeks ago. The staff member, D'estree , was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pyjamas we were looking for. Her friendly professional service truly made our visit enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience today (at around 1230pm) with one of your female staff members at the Peter Alexander Harbour Town store. I was organizing a pickup for a friend and needed some assistance over the phone to coordinate the items. The employee was incredibly lovely, kind, and exceptionally patient while helping me ensure everything was correct for the pickup. TERRIBLE. I used to shop in this outlet store all the time for gifts for my family. Recently I have gone in on two occasions and there has been no product on the floor and when I enquired with the staff member about winter pants I have been told there are none for sale due to management decisions. I have been coming here for years and always had positive experiences with staff being very helpful but now the young girls are not interested in assisting me. One star. Unsuccessful.
