I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful, especially Stine. She was incredibly kind, patient, and determined to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to her, I found exactly what I needed. Great customer service!
I was very disappointed firstly with the mistake was made by the sale assistant when i clearly said a T-shirt WITH SLEEVS then she said the T-shirt was $10 extra. She forgot to give me the gift receipt. I got home and rang and spoke the manager who was absolutely useless she told me that i cant issue you with a gift receipt and they can change the size not to anything else otherwise they will need a receipt, its a gift i mentioned but she was so helpless and sounded incompetent , this was my first and last visit to the store... read more
