I was very disappointed firstly with the mistake was made by the sale assistant when i clearly said a T-shirt WITH SLEEVS then she said the T-shirt was $10 extra. She forgot to give me the gift receipt. I got home and rang and spoke the manager who was absolutely useless she told me that i cant issue you with a gift receipt and they can change the size not to anything else otherwise they will need a receipt, its a gift i mentioned but she was so helpless and sounded incompetent , this was my first and last visit to the store... read more
Wetherill Park store has a great sales assistant Lily who was polite friendly helpful and really delightful with her opinion on styles and colours. She provided great customer service and advised me of the black Friday sale so I ended up buying 2 pairs of silky pyjamas. Best best thank you Lily
absolutely amazing service the ladies there were so sweet and accommodating to my needs they made sure i was happy with my purchases and answered every question i had, overall this store is so cute and customer service was exceeded thank you to erandi for her help, she was there through the whole process and the change rooms were too cute to not go in🥹
