Hi I came into store yesterday and Alexxa kindly greeted me. She showed me the options and the new range. She was really friendly and gave me many options to look through. Her kindness was just beyond and the way she presented herself was very mature and great and I would recommend her for help, when trying to find a pair of pyjamas thanks again Alexxa.
Men's pyjama selection is rubbish
Hi, I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to Alexa at Warringah Mall. I had to buy Christmas gifts for a Kris Kringle and also colleagues. Christmas presents are tricky to buy for team members and Alexa helped me select suitable items. What a helpful and pleasant young woman. She deserves a pay rise.
Gemma in Warringah mall PA was extremely helpful and professional when I went in on Tuesday to exchange items from an online purchase. It was a long and complicated transaction and at no point was I made feel like an inconvenience or a bother (though I know I was, also with a crying 1 month old baby). Bought pyjamas today,staff are polite,wrapped my present which is nice,shop is clean,only sometimes candles smell is so strong that quickly give me headache and it’s not good for my asthma.
