Anax was so nice and patient on assisting me. Even if she was so busy restocking the shelves, she was able to assist me well. Went beyond too on offering other products and letting me know how to do refund/exchanging if needed. She’s fantastic. All the other staff were also keen on assisting other customers who needed help. However, when I checked my receipt, the $2-box was charged at $9.95. Other than that, everything else was great.
It’s one of the worst retail experiences I had. The asian manager was very rude and unwelcoming. I felt rushed throughout my time in the shop and she was very rude. The other staff members were lovely, I feel bad for them. Such a shame for such a great brand.
I have been shopping in this store for many years, I will never be back, the past two times over the past month, the staff have absolutely no care or service....I will not waste my time
