I give 5 stars SOLELY for the customer service of Daniela/Mehrafarin, her customer service 10/10. She is absolutely lovely, kind, friendly, patient and extremely helpful. She has such a sweet face and her positive presence radiates! Daniela is an ASSET to this store and to the Peter Alexander company. I recognise and commend her for her excellent customer service! Daniela truly DESERVES to be the manager, she has all the qualities, traits and skills you would want and expect in a manager position! I hope she gets a promotion... read more
Fri 3rd Oct 2025 at about 2.20 pm. First staff member - female - when asked if could look at a pj set for sizing, pretty much gave us a dirty look before preceding to unlock then hand the merch back to us. Not a single word said. Like ok, sorry we asked you to do your job. Then we patiently stood at the counter - which correct me if I’m wrong, would mean someone is ready to make a purchase, we were completely ignored by the male employee RIGHT AT THE COUNTER! I got bad service with your salesperson. She white asian old woman and wear a mask. She doesn’t have service mine and so rude. I have never met a person like this before. :(
