Is the Asian woman the store manager? Does she really have to be working there? Her attitude is absolutely terrible. Every time I see her, I lose all desire to shop in the store. A good day can be completely ruined by an interaction with her. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this time I’ve truly had enough. Her customer service is consistently rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. If this issue isn’t addressed and the staff situation remains the same, I will no longer support PA.
I was served by a staff member named Tara when I visited the store to exchange a pair of pyjamas that I had purchased as a gift for a family member. After approximately one month of normal use, the fabric developed a defect. Before visiting the store, I called customer service and was specifically advised to bring the garment in without washing it so that it could be assessed for a manufacturing defect and exchanged if appropriate.
