I give 5 stars SOLELY for the customer service of Daniela/Mehrafarin, her customer service 10/10. She is absolutely lovely, kind, friendly, patient and extremely helpful. She has such a sweet face and her positive presence radiates! Daniela is an ASSET to this store and to the Peter Alexander company. I recognise and commend her for her excellent customer service! Fri 3rd Oct 2025 at about 2.20 pm. First staff member - female - when asked if could look at a pj set for sizing, pretty much gave us a dirty look before preceding to unlock then hand the merch back to us. Not a single word said. Like ok, sorry we asked you to do your job. Then we patiently stood at the counter - which correct me if I’m wrong, would mean someone is ready to make a purchase, we were completely ignored by the male employee RIGHT AT THE COUNTER! I got bad service with your salesperson. She white asian old woman and wear a mask. She doesn’t have service mine and so rude. I have never met a person like this before. :(
At first, I don’t wanna be racist, because I’m Asian, too. But when I read the other reviews, we’re facing the same rude Asian lady!! The young lady was helpful but it didn't help me to change my mind to give bad review for the rude service that I experienced today!
