Came into this store recently looking for a gift and Emilia was an absolute gem. She was friendly and helped me find the perfect gift, and even offered to wrap it for me.
Is the Asian woman the store manager? Does she really have to be working there? Her attitude is absolutely terrible. Every time I see her, I lose all desire to shop in the store. A good day can be completely ruined by an interaction with her. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this time I’ve truly had enough. Her customer service is consistently rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. If this issue isn’t addressed and the staff situation remains the same, I will no longer support PA.
