Such a lovely experience at Peter Alexander Chadstone today, thanks to Emily! She went above and beyond to help me find the sizes I wanted, even on her very first shift. She was so helpful, friendly and smiley, and made me feel really welcomed. Honestly, the best retail service I could have asked for. Thank you, Emily!
Such a lovely, well-organised store! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the clothes are so soft with really cute designs. A pleasure to shop here!
I absolutely love Peter Alexander and the Chadstone store is one of my favourites! The brand is always so inclusive, with such a fantastic range of styles, sizes, and designs. The quality is consistently great, and there always seem to be amazing sales and special offers available. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout ... read more
They sell dog clothing which is very cute hh
Your night staff working 02/05/26 were appalling. I waited patiently in line while you had a numerous number of workers “working” talking more like it. All your workers walked away from the desk before serving me, should have just walked out with your merch as if they would even notice. When I was finally served yes I threw my items at your worker, disrespect deserves disrespect. 💯 not sorry just like your workers aren’t.
