The service at Chadstone was excellent. Shopping with my wife. All the agents seemed to be lovely people and very helpful. One seemed to be of a particularly high IQ, which I found especially relaxing. They went out of their way to find what we wanted. (We were recommended to go to the store by an agent in a nearby store, otherwise we wouldn't have thought that Peter Alexander stocked the type of items that we were looking for; don't let the fancy storefront put you off.)
Visited Peter Alexander Chadstone today for some last minute Christmas shopping and was greeted and assisted by the amazing young Paige. She showed me and helped me choose out matching pyjama sets for my two little cousins and made my experience so effortless. She had such a friendly and welcoming persona and definitely deserves some recognition and acknowledgment for her outstanding customer service. I hope more customers shopping at Peter Alexander get to meet and see how great Paige is!
I went into the store to exchange an item and a staff member said they have a size out the back. 10 minutes go by as I was patiently waiting and checked in. She said they’re still looking for it. Another 10 goes by and the lady goes “Im not sure if we have it, I can’t really hear the stock people through the headphones”. I ask a different sales advisor and they said they would have a look. Very good experience today. I Was buying pj’s for my family and nephews and customer service was very good and prompt. Scarlette who helped me out was lovely.
