I visited this store while staying in the hotel I purchased a bag of beautiful products I had a family lunch I had to go to and time was not on my side to return to my hotel room so the wonderful manager held my parcel until I could return a few hours later I know it is not the store policy but it was very much appreciated when this young manager made an executive decision to help out an elderly lady the staff in this store were lovely but the manager two steps ahead of the pack I just want to say thank you

The shop itself was set out perfectly and the staff were amazing, I could not fault either. The pair of PJ pants I brought have been nothing but a let down. After one wash they have pilled beyond belief. When I took photos and emailed them to the complaints department along with the receipt (30th of June) they didn’t care and told me it was from wear and tear! Really??? I love this shop. I poped by to get few new PJs for the girls and the staff was amazing. Claire and Jasmine were fantastic. Very smiley Claire welcomes you in the shop wearing long sleeve pink satin PJ with sleeping eye patch on her head- great demo indeed. Great personalities and phenomenal customer care. They went far and beyond to make my experience in this shop memorable and PJ presents so special.
