Went to the Morley store to get some items but they were out of stock, they kindly checked with the DFO store but didn't provide thee correct SKU of the item, whe I went to collect from DFO the same day I was confirming if the items were correct but unfortunately they weren't.. The staff at both stores did try to help which I appreciated. I ended up going back to the Morley store and got a gift voucher...
Went in store yesterday and never felt more uncomfortable in my life. Girls at the front kept staring at me and my kids like we were peasants. Only 1 girl was polite, the rest simply don't care about customer service ethic.
Sales lady was very unprofessional. Her friend came in & she staring having a great conversation with her about her weekend . While I’m standing at the counter waiting to be served without even being acknowledged.
