100% find someone else. He's 3/4 retired and showed us that he couldn't care less about assisting us in correcting an error he made in our closing deed..."sorry, I can't help you"!
DO NOT use this guy. Had to make so many corrections for things that were told to him numerous times. I had to correct things that his staff would send me to sign that were mistakes on their end. Even after going through with a closing with Peter's company, they STILL had things incorrect. I have now called months later and he said he would correct it. He told me to email him and he would take care of it. He NEVER did. I called and emailed him again... He then calls me back and says he is not going to be able to do it. He ca... read more
Left a bad review because of their poor phone handling skills and now they won't stop harassing me with phone calls. They've even switched numbers because I guess they figured out I blocked their main line.
