I spoke to Pete about what I need to do in preparation for securing a home loan. Early in the conversation he found out that he isn’t licensed in the area I am interested in buying. But he was SO HELPFUL. He gave me so much valuable information and answered all my questions, regardless of the fact that I don’t get the pleasure of working with him. 10/10 would recommend.
