on the 17th around 8 -9 PM. I came in with a load of cabbage and went to the driver's entrance just to check on my unloading status. The guy working the warehouse absolutely lost it—he started screaming at me, refused to help with the unloading, and told me I had to wait until morning. Worst experience ever . Waiting for 18 hours to get a door for delivery still they are saying they don’t know when they can give me a door . Checked in 11 am last day it’s 5 am on next day still waiting for door . When I checked in last day the lady said 5 truck ahead of me it will take about 4 hours to have my turn I waited to 5 hours then I went in shipping office like what’s going since 4 pm last day they first said couple of minutes to give me a door couple of minutes turn into wait of 13 hours and still no door yet . Never come here for delivery or pick up
This company has the worst reviews across the entire United States. I have been waiting here all day and all night. They keep saying they will call. It’s been over 24 hours since I landed a pilot! After today, I would never want to come here.🙏🏻🙏🏻
